And The Winner is...
Each month we have a utility drawing at Jacobs Woods! A winner is chosen at random. All you need to do is drop off both pages of your utility bill at the Leasing Office and you could receive a full credit for the total amount on your utility bill!

Dry Cleaning...
We have additional bags for your dry cleaning service. Remember, you can drop your cleaning off on Tuesday and Friday and it will be returned the following Tuesday and Friday.

Call the office, email us, or drop off your recommendations in the black mailbox in front of the Clubhouse. The black mailbox is for your convenience in communicating with the Leasing Office. Although it says, "U.S.A. MAIL" feel free to drop off your rent check or other information for us!
